Online Order Placement
- When you place an order, make sure to attach all the specifications of the order that is logical and appropriate. In case of any incomplete information, the company would not accept the order.
- The payment method which you wish to choose should be accessible to the company. Any kind of inconvenient method would not be entertained.
- The customer is eligible to cancel the order within 24 hours after the confirmation of the order.
- The time period in refund processing takes place from 3 to 5 business days.
- If the customer gets failed in the work submitted by us then he would be held eligible for a refund. Similarly, if the company does not deliver the work on time, then also the customer holds the authority to ask for a refund.
- Right after the confirmation of the order, the customer would be requested to make 50% of the payment via an acceptable method. The remaining payment would be done before the final submission.
- We allow several chances of free revisions and amendments so that the customer gets fully content with the quality of the work. Likewise, the customer holds the authority to ask for the writer’s notes or initial drafts.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order any time before it is processed.
This means you can only cancel your order if the writing department has not
started working on it
- You can cancel your order if the initial draft sent to you
is unsatisfactory
- You cannot cancel your order after 48 hours of order placement
- Cancellation of an order is not accepted when the final work is
delivered
Refunds
- 12% of the amount is deducted from your payment in case you
cancel your order due to any reason which takes 3 – 5 business days
- Refund + £3000 are provided in case the work you receive
from us is plagiarised with more than 10% score. You must get your Turnitin Report along with the completed work to make sure the similarity score is less
than 10% (plagiarism in references are not included in the total score)
- A full refund of the extra amount is provided in case your card is
wrongfully charged or an extra amount is deducted
- Refunds are provided in case you fail to achieve the pass
mark. 10% fee is deducted from your paid amount.
