This paper contains an assessment report of patient x, a 35-year-old man in California.In general, the patient was found to be affiliated to the Christian religion. Spirituality was the most important aspect he considered in his life more than anything else was. He also argued that Christianity is what has made him the way he is since it teaches him to adhere to sound hygienic standards, avoid unnecessary and dangerous substances such as abuse of drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and so on.
