Describe how the required documentation (e.g., written test plan) keeps the project on track and how the role of writing in usability testing has either changed or reinforced what skills you think a professional writer needs to be successful.



Page 2: Discuss at least two ethical issues researchers should be concerned with in developing usability tests. Consider how researchers work with human subjects, what actions might skew results, etc. How should such issues/concerns be handled to avoid impropriety?

Describe three appropriate scenarios and how you would administer them. Be sure to provide a rationale for your decisions.
