Write a four to six (4-6) page paper in which you:
1.Analyze the questions associated with your chosen case study and discuss them using concepts you learned in this course.
2.Explain your rationale for each of your answers to your chosen case study.
3.Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements: a.Typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b.Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student`s name, the professor`s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c.Cite your textbook as a reference.
d.Include a reference page. Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.

The board of education violated Pettit`s privacy in the fact that they exposed a part of her private activities that she did not want to involve the public in. she had managed to separate her private life with her public life, until, there was a surreptitious intrusion of her privacy. This is an aspect that speaks to the issue of surveillance of one`s private life and the fact that, putting out the information in the public domain further dents the image of the person in question, to whom the information is related to. The board was justified in firing her relative to the fact that, prior to the information about her sexual activities being leaked into the public domain, she had never been found to perform poorly in her duties ("Pettit v.
