Rhetorical Analysis of Paul Rudnick`s
The Case for Sugar
Paul Rudnick`s article on The Case for Sugar is a recent commentary on sugar published on the New York Times magazine on February 4, 2017. His article is just released at a time when there is a heightened war on sugar all over the world with thousands of books and research findings being published all demonstrating fatal illnesses caused by sugar. He, however, does not dispute those findings. Rudnick`s career has entirely been entrenched all around artist. He is a famous novelist, playwright, essayist and a screenwriter of America who has been branded one of the pre-eminent humorists by the New York Times. He has produced numerous plays on Broadway and around the world such as I Hate Hamlet and Jeffrey among other famous plays throughout the world. He has won most precious awards such as Obie Award and Outer Critics among others. He is a regular contributor to the New Yorker where most of his essays and articles are mostly featured.
