healthy child- very active, 9 years old, 53", 57lbs
include BMI, what can be improved etc
his diet shows one average day,
but can be split into 3 by having one day pancakes, next eggs sunny side, next soufflet etc
main concern is peer pressure, sneaking sweets, craving white foods, such as pasta, white bread, potatoes etc....eats dinner with the family every night (talk about the decline of the family meal and how beneficial it is in maintaining and establishing healthy eating habits -even though kids get mixed messages from peers etc.)
