Remember that you must support your work (main post) at all times. Please use APA (a) in-text citations AND (b) a list of references so readers may not think that you are speculating or guessing.
Please use same or similar sub-headings as used in slides 9 and 10 of this module 4 to organize your thoughts in your work. Write your responses under the subheadings using paragraphs, support your work … etc. Examples of subheadings this module 4 may include: “Funding Sources; Personnel/Operational costs; Zero-based budget; Departmental Budget … etc” Sometimes you may find it useful to combine more than one issue and discuss together.
Please remember to give your work a title and that you must start with an “Introduction” summarizing past submissions, then link them with current submission. Example: “In modules one and two, I discussed the organizational structure of my proposed Police Department as well as Mission statement … etc. This module three, I am going to focus on ….. etc”
SUMMARY: As usual, please review ALL of the 12 pages or slides for this module four and then as usual, please focus on the following two pages for your deliverable – combine slides 9 of 12 and 10 of 12. Use a subheading or subtitle for each of the major issues covered in the above 2 slides and write your narratives under each subtitle. Capstone Project - Create a Police Dept

Review of past modules in the Creation of Burghaton Police Department was identified as a viable project. The increasing number of people moving in the area necessitates better security and safety measures, serving beyond the hundred thousand people living permanently in the area. Module 1 highlighted the case for creating the Burghaton Police Department, including the services provided. Subsequently, module2 explored more on the budget proposal to facilitate the effectiveness of the new department with resources set aside to cater for service delivery. Module 3 highlighted the job specifications and descriptions for the law enforcement officers suitable to work at the Creation of Burghaton Police Department. The funding sources, personnel costs and zero-based budgets are considered when creating he police department.
