Breaking Habits Name: Institution: Course: Date: Breaking Habits Breaking a habit is a very complex process that requires a lot of commitment and a support system too lean on. There are chances that one will have relapses, where they fall back to their old habits and this are accompanied by guilt. I am currently choosing to give up coffee as I have become addicted from constant intake. For quite some time I have taken coffee for the sheer element of stimulation. Whenever I take coffee I tend to have a more productive day with pre
