The company provides services all over the world; in other words we can say that it is a multinational organization. Organizational culture is the way a company addresses values and believes in its work place for a smooth running and manning of the organization. In the case of Disney the culture includes elements such as stories, rituals, organizational language and many more which I have discussed in the main body of this article. Disney Cartoons have gained a lot of popularity. It has the best animations in the history of mankind which include tales of different kinds. The company is well known for its wonderful recreation place known as Disneyland where the children can go with their parents and enjoy themselves without limits. Most children and adults have a dream of visiting the park. Disneyland Park continues to be improved up to now with more interesting features being added regularly.
