The last mile of connection is synonymous to and indicative of the final delivery of internet accessibility from the provider to the consumer. The consumers are generally concerned about the higher charges due to the ownership of these cable lines by the internet service providers as compared to the other ones who are rather deploying the accessibility of other ISPs (Jordan, 2009).
