Discuss the 7 leadership styles according to Al-Sawai, 2013. If you were a member of the board at a major health care organization please discuss which of these leadership styles you would look for in a new CEO. You will be assessed on your ability to discuss the skills required to be a successful health care leader. You will be evaluated on your understanding of the 7 leadership styles. You are encouraged to do additional research in addition to the required readings.
