They will go ahead and break the law knowing very well that the punishment awaiting them is a jail term as the concerned authorities try their best to correct the inmate`s behaviour. Regardless of the reason that make one to find themselves behind bars, the common fundamental rights that are limited include the freedom of movement, freedom of expression among others. This does not mean that they should be denied all rights. Rights of people should be respected at all times no matter where they are or who they are. The basic rights of prisoners should therefore be respected at all times even if some other privileges like freedom of movement are denied them. Eating good food, bathing, shaving, visitation and telephone calls are among some of the privileges that prisoner...
