Reflection on Reading ProgramName:Instructor: As a teacher, one of the most exciting things is picking up a new project, given that it gives one the chance of to think outside the box. There are opportunities to work in a group and as an individual, which comes with lots of experiences and challenges. In my recent classwork I have had the chance to be involved in a class project and the following is the entire experience that I had. The experience recounted refers to the areas that would have been improved and the basic experience during the project execution.The project assigned to me revolved around initiating a reading program in a primary school. This meant that I would be working with primary school pupils and the community. Given that I had to promote the reading program in the school, it was a must that I form a coherent bond with the members of the community who interacted with the school. As it was an individual project and my first one, it presented a set of challenges and I had to come up with the best strategies to make sure that the project did not fail. All the previous projects that I had taken part in were I groups, which meant that most of the duties were shared among the members.
