Progress Report on the Project Instructions:
A progress report provides an early statement of where a project stands. It provides more than just "we are working on it," however. A progress report should stand on its own--providing context for the work for anyone who might read the report. Provide information responsive to the following three questions: What are you working on? (business writing techniques, business ethnics, reading systems of survival..etc.. ) What have you done so far? What have you found? Use headings to lay out your report. Please don`t use "What I am working on" as a heading! Make your heading report what you are working on. Manage your sources--introduce authors and articles, quote accurately, don`t patchwrite, and discuss or comment on what you do report. A good project progress report will run at least three paragraphs, and more likely four or five. But not much more.
