Question #2 For this Utilization Review course we are conducting a needs assessment within our facility and writing a proposal to "fix" the issue found. My proposal is a training program within the Health and Longevity center to assist in specializing nurses in bioidentical hormone therapy. Our paper is a running paper and is done in sections. I am on section C, the literature review. The literature review is to back up my proposal (of course you know this already:). I have never done my own literature review so I do not even know if I am going about this the right way.
