Vision Statement: To live a successful and inspiring life by taking care of my health through constant exercise. Goals: In this age and time where office jobs continue to ensure that employees remain in stationary sitting positions all day long, the lack of frequent physical activity might result to disorders that may affect the health and overall output of workers in organizations. My goals are to ensure that I benefit from frequent exercise in order to boost my overall performance at the workplace and in society (Rothaermel, 2012). I also plan to offer what I have learned to members of the community by opening a gym in the neighbourhood and producing exercise videos for people in offices that may help in the prevention of back disorders
