This is a Asian Services. My field supervisor is china with a Master degree in social work she is the director of the children. She is in charge of all nine interns. 



she has three in Cleveland and six interns in Akron. My field supervisor has been in charge of the interns for the last 6 years. 

she feels internship leads up to employment. She loves a divesity of interns. 



she has two china interns working on their Masters degree in Social Work. she has four Blacks all are working on their bachoral B.A degree, then she has three whites who two is undergrad and one is masters Three undergrad graduate in May. One graduate in August which is me, and the other Master students graduate nex year and after. Kitte my field supervisor treat all interns and guide us as she feel necessary for each on of our own growth.
